About My Clients
I have primarily worked with children, adolescents and teens-transitioning-into-adulthood and also enjoy working with adults. My work with adults, children, and teenagers from diverse backgrounds builds upon my belief that fostering a collaborative, empowering, and safe therapeutic alliance is a significant factor in supporting your growth.
My Background & Approach
I completed my M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University with a focus on child and family therapy. As an associate marriage and family therapist my training and background covers a wide variety of clients with different needs. My approach is informed by Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and psychodynamic techniques. Collaboration is a key value that defines my work and every client requires an approach suited to their needs. I look forward to working together to find the best ways to support your journey.
My Personal Beliefs & Interests
We are all unique, as are our reasons for seeking therapy. I am here to create a judgment-free space for exploration while we work towards reaching your goals. I use a collaborative, compassionate and trauma-informed approach in order to support clients navigating life’s challenges. I show up authentically and meet my clients wherever they currently are on their path.
