About My Clients

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds who have struggled with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, etc. As a therapist, the focus of my work is to help clients identify and overcome the barriers that are impacting their quality of life. By collaborating, utilizing the strengths and skills that each person brings to session, and establishing a safe and non-judgmental environment, therapy has the potential to help individuals process the thoughts, feelings, and circumstances that brought them to services.

My Background & Approach

I have worked within the mental health field for over seven years and obtained training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety. My approach emphasizes the power of compassion and collaboration so that I can understand how I can support and empower you in your therapeutic journey. By tailoring therapy to your individual needs and creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, my goal is to help clients learn the tools and skills that can help them reach their objectives.

My Personal Beliefs & Interests

Individuals seek therapy for a variety of different reasons. In my experience as a therapist and on the receiving end of therapy, there is no “one size fits all” approach to addressing mental health barriers. Therapy provides an environment where individuals can explore what is impacting them and offers the hope that they are capable of overcoming them.
