About My Clients
I have primarily worked with adults, ranging from age 21 to 85, who are experiencing concerns with substance
use, mood disorders, PTSD, and individuals experiencing homelessness. I’ve worked with diverse populations,
with the majority of my clients being Veterans. I am very excited to work more with children and adolescents
and help them overcome the struggles they are facing and improve their quality of life.

My Background & Approach
I received my master's in counseling psychology, MFT, from National University, at the Los Angles campus in
2018. I’ve been working in the fields of mental health and social work for the past 8 years. My focus has been
on helping my clients secure housing, then treating any other concerns they may have, such as substance use
disorder and/or mental health concerns. I’ve worked in situations that require crisis intervention, and I’ve
helped connect my clients to many different community resources to improve their well-being. My approach is
to spend time building rapport and trust with clients, be a good listener, provide feedback when needed, and
ensure I have a deep understanding of my clients’ perspectives and needs so I can better assist them.

My Personal Beliefs & Interests
I believe that everyone is struggling with something in their lives and needs support, encouragement, and
resources to get through difficult times. I believe that everyone deserves the right to make their own choices and
live the life that they want, and I am here to provide reflection and support.
