Therapy is about the stories we tell ourselves—how we make sense of our experiences, relationships, and emotions. I believe that by understanding and reshaping these stories, we can open up new possibilities and move toward a more fulfilling life.

I am an Associate Therapist (AMFT #145953) currently under supervision. With a background in the arts and improv, I bring creativity, warmth, and flexibility into my work as a therapist. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, using a blend of humor, mindfulness, and emotional insight to make therapy both meaningful and approachable.

My therapeutic style is rooted in narrative and person-centered approaches, and I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychoeducation, and mindfulness techniques. I have a deep respect for the structure and skills DBT offers and love weaving its practical tools into the work when it's helpful. Whether I’m supporting a child struggling with anxiety, helping a family navigate conflict, or guiding a teen through a tough transition, my goal is always the same: to create a safe space where growth can happen.

I’m passionate about helping clients rewrite unhelpful narratives, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and create a new path forward—one that feels authentic, empowering, and sustainable
