About My Clients
I’m passionate about working with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults and those impacted by trauma—but I welcome anyone navigating life’s changes and challenges. My warm, client-centered approach honors your unique experiences, strengths, and needs, providing a collaborative and inclusive space where healing and growth happen in ways that feel safe, supportive, and truly meaningful. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to bear it alone. Whether you’re managing anxiety or depression, coping with the challenges of neurodivergence, experiencing interpersonal/relationship issues, or healing from trauma, I’m here to offer compassionate guidance and practical tools that empower you to live a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life.

My Background & Approach
I hold a BA in Psychology from UCLA and an MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My clinical experience includes supporting adults in the early stages of schizophrenia and working with neurodivergent teens through identity exploration, emotional and relational challenges, and complex trauma. My approach to therapy is holistic, trauma-informed, and affirming. I honor the full complexity of who you are and thoughtfully integrate a range of evidence-based modalities to support whole-person healing and lasting, meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped you, gently uncover and shift unhelpful patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you, and create space for new ways of being that feel more authentic, connected, and aligned. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to each session, ensuring you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered as you move forward on your unique path toward healing and wholeness.

My Personal Beliefs & Interests
I believe healing happens through connection—with ourselves, others, and the world around us. At the heart of my work is the understanding that we are wired for relationships, and that feeling safe, seen, and understood can be a powerful catalyst for change. In therapy, I strive to create a space where these connections can be safely explored and strengthened.
My connection with nature has been a longstanding source of grounding, clarity, and renewal, and it continues to shape how I show up as a therapist. Nature reminds me that healing is a cyclical, organic process that unfolds in its own time. I often draw on this wisdom to help clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel more attuned to their relationships and surroundings. Whether we’re exploring your inner landscape or creating space for rest and reflection, my intention is to support your journey toward wholeness through authentic connection—within and beyond.
