About My Clients
I provide evidence-based therapy for children (ages 4+), teens, and adults managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, offering a safe space to process emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop resilience. I know that some days can be incredibly tough—but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Let’s work through these feelings together and find a path toward healing and growth.
My Background & Approach
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families through emotional and relational challenges. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, person-centered CBT, and attachment-based work while taking a holistic approach to healing. This means exploring both emotional and mind-body connections, honoring each client’s lived experiences, and providing space for deep self-reflection alongside practical strategies. In our sessions, we’ll focus on managing anxiety, building healthy relationships, and exploring your past and present to empower you to live authentically. My compassionate, nonjudgmental approach prioritizes your needs and goals, creating an environment that encourages personal growth, uplifts, and positively challenges you.
My Beliefs & Interests
I believe therapy should be a space to explore, reflect, and grow. My culturally responsive approach honors your unique background and lived experiences. Life brings unique challenges and opportunities for change, and therapy can help deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and support a healthier mind and body. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
