My Background & Approach
With a deep commitment to promoting mental health awareness and acceptance, I am Bertha Rose, the intake coordinator for Lumina Counseling at The Help Group. I have been working within the field of healthcare for over 5 years. I completed my B.S. in Business at California State University of Channel Islands with a focus in management.
I have been in various roles within my professional career. Having experienced such a variety of roles within the field healthcare has enhanced my skills to face demands with more compassion, structure, and collaboration. As Intake Coordinator, my goal is to provide the most efficient and effective service possible to the clients.

My Personal Beliefs & Interests
I believe every individual is remarkable in their own way. Many individuals do not realize their own potential and limit themselves according to what is expected of them through society or personal relationships. I want to provide the most efficient and effective services to elevate every individual to reach the best versions of themselves.
While I am not in the work setting, I am quite interested in sports, spending time with those I love most, and traveling. Not only do these activities bring me much joy but they enhances my personal connections with others and help me prosper within all areas of my life.
