About My Clients
I have primarily worked with children, adolescents, families, and young adults navigating various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. As a clinician, my goal is to help my clients feel safe, supported and understood throughout their treatment. I greatly value building a collaborative relationship with my clients to help them reach their goals.

My Background & Approach
I am a sixth-year doctoral student in clinical psychology with experience providing evidence-based treatments in both community mental health and academic settings. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and flexible, and I am to tailor my care to the needs and interests of my clients. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.

My Personal Beliefs & Interests
I believe therapy works best when inclusive and reflective of my clients' unique strengths and interests. I am committed to understanding the cultural, personal, and systemic factors that shape my clients' lives, and I strive to make therapy responsive to their experiences. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy crafting, spending time outdoors, and researching ways to make mental health care more accessible to communities who need them most.
